SMEs and Start-ups
It is likely that small organisations – start-ups, new business areas or established companies – will face very similar challenges at some stage in their growth.
Among the wide range of possible challenges, some are recurring. Do you recognise yourself in any of the following?
⚠️ “I spend a lot of time preparing quotes, and almost never get a reply”
⚠️ “I’m a manager and I can’t take a holiday; the company grinds to a halt without me”
⚠️ "Clients value our service, but we're struggling to scale."
⚠️ "My team is fantastic, but if someone leaves, they take the trade secrets with them."
⚠️ “I should protect my brand and product, but I don’t know where to start”
To find effective solutions, we base our approach on the BMC – Business Model Canvas methodology. The BMC provides a global perspective of the business across 4 main areas: infrastructure (how?), the offer (what?), customers (who for?), and viability (how much?). With this strategic overview, it is possible to design solutions, plan their execution, and track their performance.
However, although the BMC is an invaluable tool, it only shows the way; success depends on other factors that the BMC alone cannot guarantee, such as:
🗝️ the client’s involvement, with their full commitment and knowledge of the business;
🗝️ the consultant’s technical expertise;
🗝️ leading the strategic reflection and decision-making process effectively.
Our Solutions
The solutions are presented as a series of complementary modules, allowing clients to choose the scope of support they require. These modules, which have a well-defined beginning and end, cover strategic reflection and problem diagnosis, mapping the current business model, identifying and quantifying weaknesses and inefficiencies, designing and planning solutions, and providing support for their execution and performance evaluation.
To begin with, it is important to determine the type of intervention required. Generally speaking, the scope of the intervention focuses on one of the following functional areas:

How does the process work?
It takes place in 1+3 phases, always in close cooperation with the client:
- PHASE 0 (free): In a 15-minute online interview, we address your needs, expectations, and the potential solution, identifying which functional areas these needs fall into. This phase is free of charge and available by booking directly through the platform using the button below.(see footnote)
Following the free consultation, the client can request a quote for our services.
- PHASE 1: Planning. Following the validation and acceptance of the proposal, we proceed with planning the actions to be executed and defining the specific objectives, working in close cooperation with the client.
- PHASE 2: Execution. Ensuring that the plan remains valid, we proceed with the execution of the planned actions. To ensure total alignment among the project participants, this phase must always include the participation of the business owner or the directors involved.
- PHASE 3: Evaluation. At the end of the intervention, we evaluate the results against the defined objectives and the baseline scenario. We conclude the intervention by preparing an executive summary, including recommendations for future development.
